Production planning
A well planned and systematic production process makes the product more reliable and stable in output quality, avoids delay of delivery, and sometimes save

Pilot production
Before mass production of a new product, we will have pilot production run to ensure the whole production process runs smoothly and try to discover any
hidden problems on production and quality control system for a specified product. With a small quantity pilot production run, we also have chance to record
the production information such as production capacity, quality of workmanship, and so on, it provides the ground for us to plan future production and
optimize the production process.

We will optimize the production process by periodical review. Production optimization helps us to shorten the production lead time, decrease wastage, and
save costs for our customers.

Quality assurance
To keep the product in high quality level, we will do all of followings:
1) Incoming material quality checking - We do this either in random basis or full check basis depends on the value of a specific material and its importance
in the product.
2) Finished goods quality checking - We do this strictly in full check basis, it includes RF signal test, functional test and visual inspection.
3) Product quality review - Our engineers will review all the quality reports and the product design, and continously looking for any possible way to improve
the product.
4) Improve by feedback and compliant - We may sometimes receive feedbacks or compliants from customers, or defected return units, sometimes the error cannot
be discovered in design time or during the quality tests because it is impossible to simulate all environments or all using conditions. In this case, we
will immediately investigate the cause and find the best solution for such problem and we may take this into future product design concern.
5) Product warranty - We provides warranty over our products, within a certain period of time after goods left the factory, the defected units are free for
replace given that it is not damaged by improper usage.

Cost/price review
Since the market price of most electronic components move quickly especially high cost items, we will update our cost record to keep our product price up-to
-date, thus to sustain the competitiveness of our products on the market.

We will review all our product frequently, including reports from production and quality control, and new components or new technologies, to seek if there is
